Terms of service

Using the platform

Sri Prayag Classes is a live teaching platform — you may join classes with a code your teacher shares, watch recordings of classes you attended, and (as a teacher) create live sessions and recordings. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.

Acceptable use

• Do not record, redistribute, or re-stream classes without the teacher's permission.
• Do not post offensive, spam, or disruptive messages in class chat — moderators can remove messages and ban accounts.
• Do not share classroom codes publicly outside the class; they are meant for enrolled students.

No warranty

The platform is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Live streaming depends on your device, microphone, camera, and internet connection — we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Accounts and termination

Administrators may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. You may close your account at any time by asking your admin to remove it.

Questions

Please contact your classroom admin or the support email shown on the sign-in page before taking any legal action — most issues are happy little misunderstandings.
